Students will begin to receive their refund selection kit to the billing address provided approximately 5-9 business days after they register for classes. For the Fall Semester, students will receive the refund selection kit generally around early to mid-July.
Once it arrives, you’ll simply Login to S.A.I.L., select Student, Student Account and Student Refunds to select or make your refund preference.
If you did not receive your refund selection packet, contact the Business Office for assistance.
OPTION 1: DEPOSIT TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT - Money is transferred to an existing account the same business day BankMobile receives funds from our school. Typically, it takes 1 – 2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
OPTION 2: DEPOSIT TO A BANKMOBILE VIBE CHECKING ACCOUNT – If you open a BankMobile Vibe checking account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from our school.
OPTION 3: PAPER CHECK DELIVERED BY USPS – A check is mailed the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school, provided receipt is within daily cutoff times. Typically, it takes 5 – 7 business days for the check to arrive, depending on USPS First-Class® delivery timeframes.
